Elements of Hyams

Elements of Hyams is a single level property sleeping seven people across three bedrooms, with a main bathroom and ensuite.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed and opens onto the back deck. The ensuite features a double rain shower.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a large window at the front of the house – enjoy the restful sounds of the ocean in the evening.

The third bedroom also opens onto the rear deck, and sleeps three in a double and single bunk bed.

The main bathroom is adjacent to the second and third bedrooms, featuring a rain shower and beautiful deep bath.

Decks at the front and rear of the property capture the sun and provide a great place to entertain or relax in the double quilted hammock.

Elements of Hyams is located on a spacious corner block, surrounded by newly planted gardens, just across the road from the pristine Chinaman’s Beach.

Prefer an alternative to the beach? Pack some snacks and stroll across the road to the start of the tranquil White Sands Walk, through Jervis Bay National Park, which will take you to the secluded Greenfields Beach and the picturesque Blenhiem Beach. Or (if you are feeling energetic!) wander all the way to Vincentia or Huskisson.

Elements of Hyams features a modern island kitchen and living area that flows out onto the sun-soaked front deck. The rear deck area provides a more private shaded outside dining area on hot summer days, and has outdoor heaters available during the winter months. A WeberQ BBQ is located on the rear deck.

Elements of Hyams includes a European-style laundry,  along with ducted heating and air conditioning in bedrooms and living areas.

Much of the lighting at Elements of Hyams is ‘smart’ LED lighting, controlled through a wall-mounted iPad, Siri voice control or individual touch controls in each room. An EV charging outlet is also available on the rear driveway.

Enjoy our modern bathrooms – a luxurious bath and rain shower in the main bathroom, and a dual rain shower in the ensuite – along with an external ‘beach’ shower.

Or just relax on our comfy sofas in the reading room. Fast WiFi is available throughout the house.

After taking a dip in the aqua-blue waters of Chinaman’s Beach or exploring the enchanting White Sands Walk, sit back and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or afternoon tea on Elements of Hyams’ front deck – watching the world go by while taking in views across Jervis Bay, to Point Perpendicular, and the soothing Jervis Bay National Park.
